Natalia Wagner is an instructor and professional dancer from Santiago Chile, she started dancing at the age of 5 never thinking this will become her life career. She started dancing as a cheerleader and in dance Pom pom/jazz teams, she became the captain for several years leading her to teach and work with people of all ages since 2002 at cheerleading and dance/jazz camps, that's when she decided to become a professional dancer and teacher. 

After graduating from the University of Chile (Universidad de Chile) with a BA in Arts emphasis in Dance she discovered her passion for hip hop and street jazz dance and never looked back. She's been teaching and choreographing new dancers ever since, being part of hip hop and street jazz dance companies in Chile and after moving to the United States she's been taking classes in L.A. and San Diego never having the opportunity to teach. Now she is living in Louisiana and with more energy than ever she's ready to be part of the LA Dance Academy family and share her knowledge with all Louisiana dancers.

I'm Amber Whiteside and I have over 16 years of dance training. I spent 12 years as a competitive dancer. Over my competition years I have received numerous high point awards, overalls, special awards, and a Title. I attended SSA for high school where I was on the St. Paul's Golden Blue Dance Team for 2 years. I currently attend Southeastern Louisiana University working on a degree in Marketing and a Minor in Dance. I was an assistant teacher for Mary Dee Brinkman for 4 years and I currently assist and teach many different styles of dance including tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, and tumbling. I love teaching because I enjoy sharing my passion of dance and helping kids achieve the goals they set.  

Brittany began dancing at the age of 3 at Mary Dee's Dance Studio where she continued her dance training until graduating high school. Brittany trained with Mary Dee Brinkman and other staff in Ballet, Tap, and Tumbling for 16 years. She also had several years of training in other styles such as jazz, lyrical, clogging, hip-hop, and musical theatre. Brittany participated in competitive dance with Mary Dee's "Dancecrew" for 9 years where she also received training from professionals across the country, including New York and Las Vegas. She has 5 years experience as a teaching assistant and 2 years as a teacher and choreographer. Currently, she is a full time nursing student and excited to be able to pursue her two passions; learning to help people and sharing her love for dance. 

Stephanie Simeon, Director of LA Dance Academy has over 30 years of dance training. BFA Dance: Performance and Choreography from University of Southern Mississippi. Education includes 16 years at Mary Dees's Dance Studio. College level training in Ballet, Modern, Composition, Dance History, Music Analysis, Improvisation, Labonotation, & Methods of Teaching Dance. I performed 16 pieces in 4 years with the USM Repertory Dance Company, choreographed 3 pieces for the Dance Company, and was Stage Manager in 2004 for the Company. After college I moved to LA (Los Angeles) were I joined Donna Sternberg & Dancer in Santa Monica. We performed in Santa Monica, San Diego and Mexico. I became a member of the Dance Masters - Dixie Chapter in 2014 and remain in good standings. Recently was casted in ModSun, Motel Motel - All Right Video. My teaching experience started under the supervision of Mary Dee Brinkman in 1995. After my professional career in LA (Los Angeles) I moved back to Covington in 2012 where I taught alongside Mary Dee at Mary Dee's Dance Studio, teaching all ages and competitive students, ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, modern, and contemporary.
