I'm Amber Murphy and I have over 23+ years of dance training. I spent 12 years as a competitive dancer and received numerous awards and scholarships. I attended SSA for high school where I was on the St. Paul's Golden Blue's Dance Team for 2 years. I graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a bachelor's in Marketing and a minor in Dance.  I started teaching for LA Dance Academy in its first year and I teach Acro Dance, Contemporary, Jazz, Turns & Leaps, Lyrical, and Beginner Combo Classes. I also assist with the LA Dance Competition Team. I am certified in the  Acrobatique education program and I am also the social media coordinator for all of LA Dance's social accounts.  I love teaching dance because I enjoy sharing my passion and seeing kids achieve the goals they set for themselves.
